Jan 2023. The public hot springs are located in and around a park in the town of Xinbeitou. It takes maybe 20 minutes to get there from the Taipei main station. You get on the red line and then transfer to the Xinbeitou line for the last 5 minutes. The park is outside the station and the public hot springs are a 8 to 10 minute walk.
