The dragon hasta has always been 4-tick, and has always been worse than the dragon sword for stab and slash. Right now it’s the best level 60 crush weapon besides viggora’s chainmace. It seems to sit as just a nice bonus over dragon mace for vetion or sarachnis before you get the cudgel, if you’re lucky enough to get one. less then 1%, it would be a bit more impactful against greater demons or similiar defense where you at least have some chance of missing.
